Course description

This course is designed to train delegates with the knowledge needed to audit and improve quality management systems. It meets the requirements of IRCA, registered course number A17395. The course is a combination of lectures and practical exercises including role-play and case studies to provide the delegates with a full understanding of the quality audit process. The practical exercises is based on the audit process using the ISO 9000 series of standards.
