I have authored more than a dozen peer-reviewed journal articles on communication and marketing. I have produced documentary films that have been accepted to film festivals and screened on public TV on PBS at the regional and national levels.Over the past few years, business professionals consistently tell me that people don't know how to communicate any more. They say people have forgotten how to make eye contact, handle conflict in person, and deliver a message clearly and persuasively. Through my online Soft Skills courses and in-person workshops, my aim is to improve people's communication and soft skills.
